U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Fire and Emergency Medical Services (VIFEMS) has officially launched a new website, now available at vifems.vi.gov, providing improved public access to essential information, services, and resources.
Developed in partnership with Mango Media LLC, the new website features an enhanced design and functionality to better serve residents, businesses, and visitors across the territory.
Through the new site, users can explore VIFEMS programs, locate fire stations across the territory, view station contact information, and stay informed through the Department’s News section featuring official press releases and updates. The website also provides streamlined access to commonly used forms and resources, making it easier for the public to engage with VIFEMS services.
“This new website reflects our commitment to improving how we serve the public,” said VIFEMS Director Antonio O. Stevens. “By making information and services more accessible, we are strengthening our connection with the community and enhancing overall service delivery.”
As part of its continued modernization efforts, VIFEMS is working to implement an online payment portal that will allow users to complete required forms online and submit payments seamlessly through the website.
